About Wilton clamps

Wilton is an American toolmaker that began in Chicago in the mid-20th century and is still in business. Among the tools listed here it is best known for the Bullet vise, a swiveling machinist's vise with a rounded cast body, made in several jaw widths from the small Baby Bullet up to heavy 4 1/2 inch versions weighing 75 pounds. Early wartime production, intact paint and decals, free movement in the swivel base, and accessories such as the No. 301 Power Arm base all raise value, while cracked castings, welded repairs, chipped jaws, and missing swivel hardware lower it.
